Product strategy, management, and the client relationships that hold them together.

I'm Jordan, a product manager who loves working with creative and talented teams to build amazing products centered around meaningful client needs.

What I do

Three jobs, one role.

I've spent the last five years at Arbor working with enterprise clients and internal teams, building the relationships that keep product strategy, product management, and client partnership moving as one. That combination was my favorite part of the job, and it's where I believe I bring the most value to an organization.

01

Client Partnership

I believe a good product starts with a deep client relationship. At Arbor I acted as the primary owner of the company's highest-value clients, either directly or by coaching team members through it. Over four years I managed 25+ enterprise projects representing more than $1M in combined contract and grant-funded value, including Crocs, Canada Goose, Gildan, and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau). I love building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs deeply enough to add real value.

02

Product Strategy

I believe a winning product strategy requires a deep understanding of the market, the customer, and the business itself. I owned roadmap prioritization for a platform representing more than 90% of company revenue, balancing enterprise client needs, grant deliverables, and internal capacity into a clear, sequenced plan — built across sales, operations, technology, and executive leadership rather than handed down from above.

03

Product Management

Good PM work is mostly removing friction so the right thing ships at the right time. I own delivery end-to-end — sizing the problem with data, aligning the right cross-functional team, and shipping the feature. A couple of recent examples: Arbor's Supplier Engagement platform, where bulk onboarding and standardized templates replaced manual spreadsheet workflows and were adopted by one of Arbor's largest clients as a core part of the offering; and an in-platform contract-creation flow that cut weeks off a 50-day enterprise signing baseline.

A few projects I'm proud of.

Three years at Arbor reshaping how enterprise brands measure and reduce their emissions. The projects below are a few of the products I owned and shipped along the way.

A prototyping feature built side by side with one of Arbor's largest enterprise clients, letting them model lower-carbon product designs before production. The client used it to redirect an estimated tens to hundreds of millions in procurement toward lower-emission designs, drove a direct enterprise upsell at launch, and still uses the feature today.

Full write-up

I identified the bottleneck, then collected and analyzed data to prioritize, manage, and launch a feature that brought contract creation directly into the Arbor platform. It cut weeks off an average signing time that previously ran 50 days and accelerated deal closure for the sales team.

End-to-end delivery and expansion of Arbor's Supplier Engagement platform, including both client exploration and net-new features. Directly contributed to enterprise adoption and upsell opportunities across the book.

Beyond work

Off the clock, mostly outside.

Weekends are usually at our family's cabin on Gleniffer Lake, long walks with my dog, and as much time outside as Calgary's weather allows.

I have worked and directly managed Jordan for 6+ years. Over the span of these years, she went from being a fresh graduate hire to being the owner of mission critical projects, clients and product development. Working on the axis between technical teams and client delivery, she simplifies and manages projects to successful business and client outcomes. She has become my most trusted colleague, and if I or any other colleague missed anything, I know Jordan will not only catch but address it to the best of her abilities. I have also seen her grow into a leader, and gain respect from stakeholders in a compassionate and empathetic way that is rare in the tech/business community. If you find yourself contemplating working with her, please know that I put my entire trust in her and I am yet to see anyone else match her level of responsibility and ownership. Not only does she help leadership sleep better, but look forward to working with her everyday!
